I'm Sorry that i have scolded you today for being late for band today. It's not the first time that i am harsh. Please understand that I can be kind of strict in band. Though I often talk about your mistakes, doesn't mean you do not have the posititve qualities of a good leader. If not, why would we have picked you instead of the others. I think you have done a great job, though you can be better. Everyone can be better. If not, why live? Though, yes, I should have scolded the others too instead of you, but isn't it the norm that the leaders will get the most and worse before the underlings gets them??? Ok, I am sorry for the second time, because I am in no position to scold you for being late. But trust me, what you got today, they will get the worse. ( from you or hafiz, or both... one day??? ) Plus me too, I don't think I can escape from the thrashing and might get something worse than what you have today too. It's karma isn't it. What you give others will one day come back to you too. Plus, if they scold you and be bitter for thrashing at them, then you can retort saying that you had it worse from me, saying that i'm such a mean (*)(*)(&(*@&()*_)(_&&*^&( and I was scary and all. I don't mind. Lastly, you are a great leader, don't give up and I do remember your good points. Want me to write them down?? haha. I can. My brain is good at remembering stuff.. :) So cool.
