The FOP just ended, with a bang!
Using the theme prison break, it really did worn the student leaders out when we were asked to wear the overalls which we have decorated with spray paint... It's damned hot. The CCC leaders even ran around with the thing on......hahax
The prog lasted for 2 days. Though there were a few (minor) cork ups, but it's still amazing in the end. It surely did met it's target and goal of fostering teamwork and incalculate understanding of RP in the freshies hearts.
Together with student leaders, eunice, susu, hafiz, raj and I, we managed CCC team 2. And we ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell Ya!!!!!!!!!!!! Day 1 was quite tough as the freshies were still quite new to us. Rather difficult to gain their trust, respect and even attention. We look like a bunch of crazy people whom screamed at their top of their lungs every minute or so. The game, run the yard, was rather hectic with our team running about, not knowing where the place was, while trying to finish the station. North Agora was a killer. We took a long long time before we could find the place.
For the 2nd day, which is today, it rather heart warming to see that our freshies cum children are all basically warmed up. Our team even met up to attend the camp together! Wootz!!!!! Today's the best! We managed to get a whole lot of team spirit! We even came in 3rd in the game, the game plan! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!
Each school had to come up with a flag design and the school's mascot. CCC done great! Radio as mascot and a cool flag. What i think is..............they are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Though we accidently spilled the paint, which ended up me, getting paint all over, with hand prints and all... One of the osg members even used my overalls to clean his hands from the paint..... -_- But everything was sucessfully done in the end.
We had to present everything in the field. Due to the rain, it was extremely muddy. Everyone got their share of mud it seems. We seriously smell like the zoo. Or worse! We had this stage set up in front, with full lights, 2 screens and the podium behind. it's cool. Like some sort of music festival, with the percusion ig, jammers arena contributing 2 bands, a english and a j pop, hip hop and the EMP. There's this guy in the j pop band, whom is damned cute with cat's ears on his head. They supposed to be visual... they had make-up on. Cool. Therefore, we just danced along jumping and swaying along the way.
Oh, during the prize presentation, when CIE won, there were many light sticks flying in the air. Everyone were throwing it. It was beautiful man! No offense and do not learn from them. hahax. Oh, and the part when SHL performed their item, they acted as spartans. With the guys topless and hell ya, they have the muscles.... wow........ that's all i can say.
lastly to a few students whom have helped me along the way at night. Thanks mate!!!!!!!!!!!
